
* We will endeavour to answer all customer calls in person between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday on the same or next day.
* We will always try and be punctual and to arrive at the appointed time. If this is not possible we will contact you in advance and add anytime owed on at the end of the lesson, or add it to the next if that is what the student wishes.
* We will not stop on your lessons and go shopping or to smoke a cigarette (this does happen believe it or not)
* We will offer an interactive re-cap of the previous lesson to set a base line for tuition.
* Aims and objectives for the lesson wii be set so the student is in no doubt as to the purpose of the lesson and what they are trying to achieve.
* We are proud that we always conduct ourselves in a non-confrontational manner and are always ready to listen to students opinions and act on them if necessary.
* We will offer feedback and encouragement linked to specific areas of development as well as all aspects of the pupil's driving.
* We will endeavour to reply to text messages and calls from customers as soon as possible.
* The tuition vehicle will be maintained in a clean and tidy condition that reflects the branding and professional image of the driving school.
